Quality measurements recorder for a brick works

This event driven database records quality control measurements at regular intervals.

This system, records quality measurements made of the products created in the brick works.

Measurements are made hourly, daily and "per batch"; and are recorded on this event based database. Giving the management the ability to numerically identify the quality of the product and modify production accordingly.

The system produces several statistical based reports of the production

The software also interfaces with the control systems operating the production equipment in recording trolley loads of bricks and pavers as they pass through the stages of the production line, kiln, robot stackers etc. The system also identifies "down" time and provides numerical analysis of the effectiveness of maintenance etc.
