The inexpensive probes can be placed at key locations around the air-conditioned area, outside the building and anywhere else desired.
Each probe measures temp-erature in the range 10°C to 50°C in 0.2° increments.
1. The wired probes can be replaced by radio-linked probes.
2. The monitoring unit can be made to communicate to the air conditioner unit via an infra-red link, to turn the unit on or off under pre-determined conditions.
